We gladly accept returns on all Qualified return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
1.We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products therefore, so that we only accept return goods in 100% new condition, buyer should afford that return shipping fee if there is no quality problem. We are so sorry that used products can't be return or exchange.
2.No returns or exchanges are allowed more than 30 days after purchase.
3.Washed or worn items, including those with stains, or items without all original tags attached are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
4.Return tracking number is required. We accept return packages shipping by postal service only.
5.Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it, but remember that all costs (shipping cost, reshipping cost and customs fee) incurred due to returning and reshipping should be borne by our customers.
1.If you choose to return your purchase, please contact email@example.com for authorization. And then a return address will be offered. You will then need to have your post office carrier pick up the package or bring it to your local post office. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a refund back to the original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost and a flat-rate return shipping charge.
2.If you choose to exchange your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization. You will then need to have your post office carrier pick up the package or bring it to your local post office.
3.Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed. Please make sure to email email@example.com for return/exchange authorization.
4.If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item or if we ship the wrong item, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you. You must contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the damaged/wrong item.
Refund will be issued after your return arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back to the original account you used to make the payment.
